Applying Scotchgard™ or DuPont Teflon™ to your carpet helps prevent liquids spills from absorbing into the fibers making it easier blot up and clean and helps stains release more easily when carpet and upholstery is cleaned. They will also help with your daily vacuuming by allowing your vacuum to remove up to three times more dry particulate than those carpets not treated.
